1- The promoter of The Lucky Wheel is BooksOffice Limited, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ.

2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of BooksOffice Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- The compeition is hosted directly on booksoffice.com and accessible through thebiscuittinsecretsclub.com

6- Only one entry will be accepted per person on one unique email address. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8- To enter, add your name and a valid email address and click the spin button.

9- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any reason and without notice.

11- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12- The prizes are as stated on the wheel and are not refundable or exchangeable and are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the prizes and they value a nominal value of £0.0001. Where a discount is offered as a prize, the discount is specific to the product or service specified and in non-transferable and subject to availability. Where the prize or discount is from a third party site the promoter takes no responsibility for the availabilty of the prize or its despatch.

13- Where a product or service is no longer available the promoter is not aobliged to provide an alternative. Discount or codes will be valid for 6 months form the date of competition entry.

14. Where a product required despatch, the winner is responsible for providing a an address. the promoter will not be liable for any damage or loss howsoever caused.

15- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

18- Winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
