A Guide to Viewing and Liking Books and Writers on BooksOffice
This video will show you the ways in which you can view and like books and writers on BooksOffice.

Viewing Writers and Books
BooksOffice is all about giving you the chance to decide which stories you want to see developed for the screen – so you’re going to want to explore our writers and their books to prepare for the time when you will be deciding what to support and casting your votes.
We have developed a system of Liking that allows you to save images and links to the writers and books that you might want to vote for.
You can see an overview of the Writers and Books by clicking on the tabs in the main menu at the top of the page from your profile.
Finding Writers
On the Writers page, by default they are listed in order of the date they signed up to BooksOffice, with the newest first.
You can browse and find writers by using the tools in the ‘Writers’ bar on the left. You can list alphabetically, by date or search by author name. To view the writer’s page, click on the their icon in the information boxes below.
Liking Writers
On the Writers page, you will see their bio and you can also see which books and writers that have liked. To Like a Writer, click on on the button to the right of their profile information.
Finding Books
On the Books page, by default they are listed in order of the date they were put up to BooksOffice, with the newest first.
You can browse and find books by using the tools in the ‘Books’ bar on the left. You can list alphabetically by book title, by author, or search by author name. To view the writer’s page, click on the their icon in the information boxes below.
You will also see a Free Books button. Your earn free books through our reward system. When you have free books available, you will find your options by selecting the show free books option.
Liking Books
Each book has its own page where you can see the information about the story. To like the book, click on the grey button to the right.
You will now immediately see it appear in your ‘Likes’ box to the right of your screen.
You can also view the book on the writer’s profile
You can Like and cancel Likes at any time
Keeping Track of Authors and Books you Like
Your Profile page always show your current likes in your ‘Likes’ box on the right hand side.
Click on the books or writers shown to visit the book or writer pages.
This is a great way for you to keep track of the writers and books that you might want to vote for or support.
Following on Social Media
When you visit a writer’s page, you will see a gold bar on the right side of the page near the top with social media buttons.
Click through to open a new window and follow writers on their social media sites.
