Terms & Conditions

1. This is a prize draw to win a Kindle Paperwhite 8GB reader OR £100 in Amazon gift vouchers (or the local currency equivalent based on the exchange rate at the time of the prize being processed to the winner.) Where the Kindle specified is available for local delivery in the resdient country of the winner, this will be an option. Where the Kindle is not available, the prize will default to the gift voucher. Otherwise, the winner may select which of the two prize options they prefer.
2. An automatic entry is recorded for every FREE TICKET vote cast in our Crime Project search for a new Killer TV Series running from 15/05/2023 to 15/06/2023. For example, if you vote with 5 free tickets, you will receive 5 entries, if you vote with 10 free tickets you will receive 10 entries and so on.
3. The winner/s will be selected at random from all the tickets cast. The winner/s shall be selected by BooksOffice Limited, whose decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. The prize draw opens for entries when the vote opens on 15th May 2023 and closes when the vote ends on 15th June 2023. Any entries received outside those specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry.
6. The winners may see their name posted on the Company’s (see below) website and on other websites and social media accounts.
7. The prize draw is open to residents of all countries served by Amazon, aged 18 or over except employees of the Company, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the competition either themselves or through their families.
8. The prizes are as specified and no cash or other alternatives to the prizes will be provided.  If a winner is unable to accept their prize or cannot be contacted, the company reserves the right to select another winner.
9. The winner will be contacted using their username email address, which must be a valid email address and have been verified and active on the website at the time of the draw.
10. The Company will make available the first name and country of the winner to anyone who requests this information by writing to the Company at the address shown below.
11. The Company is the data controller of any Personal Data that it collects in the course of running the prize draw and will use the Personal Data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Notice. It will use such Personal Data for the purposes of running the prize draw and delivering any prize(s). The Company will not share such Personal Data with any third parties except for the purpose of delivering the prize(s).
12. By entering the prize draw entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
